Movies

I was inspired by Jamie Water's layout titled Movies. Art and I are always going to the movies or renting a couple of movies on the weekend. So, we have tons of tickets subs that we have collected over the years. This layout was perfect and related so well to our lives. . .
Here is my interpetation of her layout. . .

Have you scraplifted any layouts lately? I would love to see some pages!

A few old scrapbook layouts

Here are a few scrapbook layouts that I did a while back. I still haven't created anymore since my previous scrapbooking post which was in February. I also got an email from York Photo last week saying that my account was going to be deleted if I don't order any pictures soon since my account has been inactive for 365 days. YIKES. I have been sloughing. I really do miss scrapbooking but something else always seems to take priority.

Back in the Groove, Baby!

It has been over a year since I scrapbooked. Wow. It is so nice to be back in action. Last weekend I made two quick layouts. One is of my friend Ashlee. One is of Art and I. He is a hopeless romantic at heart and I love every second of it because I am too!

P.S. I love sewing on my layouts. It adds such great texture and a little pizzazz.

Valentine's Day Gift to Art

This gift was the product of Dear Lizzy's online class this past fall called the Mysteries of Me. However, it is hard to think about just me without thinking about Art - since he is my other half. :D I used a vintage book I found at the Salvation Army called Love is Eternal by Irving Stone. I was so happy when I found this book, it was like it was meant to be. I am really happy how it turned out and Art loved his gift too.
